How soon should I place my order?
We need allow for delivery to our shop and time to do any alterations needed to give you the perfect fit.
Bridal Gowns: No later than 8 months prior your wedding day, so you do not incur a rush fee.
Bridesmaids: No later than 4 months prior to the wedding date, so you do not incur a rush fee.
Mothers Gowns: No later than 5 months prior to the wedding date, so you do not incur a rush fee.
Rush Delivery is available for an additional charge.
What is your payment policy?
We require a deposit of half the cost of the dress upon placing your order.
The dress itself needs to be paid in full before alterations begin.
Any balance owed on alterations, veils, undergarments, shoes, etc… must be paid prior to final pick-up.
We accept personal checks (for initial deposit only), Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash. Balance paid within 2 weeks of the final pick-up date must be paid in cash.
What happens after my order is placed?
We will notify you by mail and/or telephone that your dress has arrived, you will need an appointment to come in to see your gown or start fittings.
What should I bring with me for my fittings?
Please bring the shoes you will be wearing on your special day – your dress will be hemmed specifically to these shoes. Also, bring any undergarments (bra, Spanx, etc…) that you will be wearing the day of as these will affect the fit of of your dress. We have bras available and you can take advantage of our custom bra fitting services.
What if I change my mind?
RETURN POLICY: No cancellation, exchange, or credit given on: special orders; altered merchandise; or merchandise taken from the store.
Credit issued on lay-away merchandise only if exchanged within 3 days of original purchase.
Can you ship dresses?
We’ll ship anywhere that can accept deliveries – balances must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping charges will apply.
